So, in order to succeed you have to have a plan. I reserve the right to change this as I see fit.

Log my food and exercise daily
Keep my calories intake in the recommended range (approx weigh x 7)
Choose lower-carb options
Do an intentional exercise every day
Eat at the table only and not in front of the TV
Choose water for drinking
Treat myself to one coffee treat a week
Plan/Prepare meals the day before
