Thanks to a LARGE Peanut Butter Delight from TCBY my calories today are 1,405. I’m not eating any more though. I’m kind of not feeling that well.
Found out today that my dad’s 97 year old father broke his femur today and is in the hospital. He was supposed to have surgery today but his blood pressure was too low. If all goes well tonight, he’ll have it tomorrow. I’m not sure what I feel about it. I’ve never been close to my dad’s father. He’s never shown even the slightest interest in who I am and I think I can count on one hand the number of times I’ve even seen him in my life. My dad has never been close to his father either, but I think it’s hitting him now that he might not ever be able to change that. If you say a prayer or two for my father, I’d appreciate it.
I got off the phone with my dad as I was pulling into my parking lot. A few neighbors were outside talking so I joined them. Found out that one of our neighbors, we’ll just call her psycho lady, was evicted and has to be out this weekend. I also found out that someone overheard her make threats against a few of the people in the building. Not sure who those people are except that they were referred to in the female gender. Other than psycho lady there are five females in my building, me being one of those. I wouldn’t be worried, I’ve never done anything to this woman, but neither has anyone else. And, I’m fairly certain she saw me talking with her husband’s probation officer one evening.
So, it’s been a weird day. I’m a little stressed. I also have a headache.
But, on a good note, I weighed myself this morning (after my blah weekend) and I’m down from my lowest point to 214.6.

Will be praying for your dad and his relationship with his father. I adored both of my grandpas and I’m sorry you weren’t able to have a close relationship with yours.

i’m definately sending your dad some thoughts and prayers! i have a somewhat absentee grandparent and it always makes bad situations a little confusing because while we aren’t close, they are still family.
on a lighter note, i’m sending you some thoughts and prayers that psycho lady stays the heck away from you!! great job on the scale!
