Great job this month! 4.2 lbs is excellent. I'm so proud to have been on Team Peach with you. And don't listen to the haters out there about your frozen yogurt-sometimes when people make a healthy, positive change (like taking on the HUGE committment to get healthy and lose weight) it makes others feel self-conscious about their own shortcomings and they lash out. Screw 'em! If you feel like eating some frozen yogurt when you have calories left at the end of the day, or even if you Don't have calories left but you want it anyway, just go for it! Only you knows what is best for you.

Congrats and Way To Go!
