Awesome! I'm thinking about attempting a run (haha) since I've been working out every day for a few weeks now.

I'm liking the Leslie Sansone walking videos these days- The Shred was killing my knees, so the lower-impact aerobics stuff has been nice.

Keep up the great work!

Way to go on your walk! That's actually pretty far. When I started running, I could barely run a tenth of a mile, now I'm running 2 1/2 miles-just build up slowly, or if the running hurts your body too much, just pick up the walk pace. Intervals are great for that. Walk for a couple minutes, then power walk or jog for a minute, keep alternating. It's a great workout!
