Stick a fork in me

I’m stuffed.  :(   My sister called and asked if I wanted to me her, my nephew, and my dad for dinner.  I said yes then realized they were going to an italian restaurant in town.  Not a good place when you have a weakness for their bread and can’t say no.  I seriously love, LOVE, L-O-V-E their bread.  Seriously.

I met them there.  They’d ordered appetizers.

Why?  You NEVER order appetizers at this restaurant.  Heck, I can never eat my meal at this restaurant.

I guess neither of them had been there.  They ordered appetizers.  I had one piece.

And too many pieces of bread.

And my salad.

And a small bit of my dinner.

And another piece of bread.

I’m SO regretting that piece of bread.  OK, all those pieces of bread.  They are sitting in my stomach making me feel sick right now.

Literally.

I feel like I’m going to vomit and I know it’s the bread.

I have lunch for the next three days with the leftovers I brought (and that’s “supposed” to be one meal).  HA!

I did NOT bring any bread home.  I wanted some.  I thought about some.  But, I didn’t put any in my take-home box.

I can’t even tell you how many calories I had today.  I’d had 493 before I went to dinner.  I KNOW it was well over 1,200 when I left the restaurant.

This is just a very random guess but…

Wednesday, Calories:  1,610, NQ:  C

I want to cry.  And, I seriously think I’m going to be ill.

I’m going to go curl in a ball now…

I think you made some great choices at dinner! You did not eat a full appetizer, you only had a few pieces of bread, and you took home your meal in a doggie bag. That’s awesome~do not beat yourself up! If you used olive oil on your bread instead of butter, you should give yourself credit for that, too. The main thing about going out is to enjoy the company, which I hope you did. On weight watchers, you are allowed 35 extra points a week for times like this. You can spread them out or use them all at once, so seriously, don’t feel bad about some Italian food. ;)
