So, I joined a challenge tonight. I like competition, even if it’s with myself.

So, here’s my initial check-in:
Weight loss this week: 0.4 pounds (I was frustrated but then I realized this is my PMS week so I think that is affecting the weight.)

My goals this week:

  1. Stay OFF the scale until next Monday
  2. Stay on my DietPower Plan.
  3. Log 5 miles

Monday:  Calories:  1,201, NQ:  A

I need to run to the market.  I don’t have much food left which means I’ve been eating out a LOT.  :(   Healthy choices when I’ve eaten out but it’s still not good.  So…I’m off.
