I’ve decided not to post my food on here. It’s not that I don’t want to share, it’s in my food journal, if you care to see it, just ask. I just don’t like having to take the time to type it all in. But, I am going to log my other stats. I didn’t do that Friday or Saturday so I’m catching up.
First, a couple reminders about these days. Friday I had a big event downtown and I was anticipating really bad results. Here’s the results:
Calories: 1,852, NQ F (My new software only reports the calorie totals and that’s fine with me.) I had 270 calories banked from the day before so I was OK (not good but OK).
Saturday: Calories: 1,171, NQ C (I had -148 banked from the overage the day before so I was OK)
