I don’t know why I’m picking 100 miles, but I am. So, 100 miles it is. I’m only tracking miles of intentional/tracked walking.
This morning I found a new video on VOD that I LOVED. It’s a walking video and I enjoyed it. It was a workout but doable. I can see where I might be able to move up before too long. Plus, there’s not jumping around so I don’t have to worry about annoying my downstairs neighbor.
When I reach this goal I’m going to make a goal of walking from my house to my parents which is approximately 1000 miles. That’s too big of a goal for right now. I’ll probably piece it in parts to make it doable mentally for me. (At the rate I’m going it would take me three years — that’s not doable mentally for me LOL.)
I’ve added my mile ticker to my weigh-in page. So, we’ll see…
OK, my breakfast is ready and I’m going to FARM CHICKS today so I need to finish up.
(And, yes, there is an actual event called Farm Chicks.)
