Another weigh-in

I don’t usually weigh myself more than once a week but today was the exception.  And, exceptions are OK when they help you stay on course.  :)

So, drum roll please…

Down another 1.1 lbs.  Woot!  Yep, I’m excited.  Staying on course.

As much as I hate to exercise (and I REALLY hate to exercise) I’m beginning the psychological process of seeing it as maybe something I can do.  I’m not there yet, so don’t get too excited, but I’m starting down that path.  I’m beginning to see that if I watch my food I can be successful.  What might happen if I do some exercise also.  So, we’ll see.  The journey has begun, and that’s a start.
