I don’t usually weigh myself more than once a week but today was the exception. And, exceptions are OK when they help you stay on course.
So, drum roll please…
Down another 1.1 lbs. Woot! Yep, I’m excited. Staying on course.
As much as I hate to exercise (and I REALLY hate to exercise) I’m beginning the psychological process of seeing it as maybe something I can do. I’m not there yet, so don’t get too excited, but I’m starting down that path. I’m beginning to see that if I watch my food I can be successful. What might happen if I do some exercise also. So, we’ll see. The journey has begun, and that’s a start.
